• The Snapshot™ ($297) gives you a quick verbal analysis to pinpoint what’s missing or misaligned.
• The Compliance Review™ ($597) includes a written summary with action steps after a focused document review.
• The Strategy Session™ ($1,575) delivers a complete written Klarity Strategy Report with a full action plan and 7-day support.

If you’re unsure where to start, begin with the Snapshot™ — it’s designed to identify your biggest tax, structure, or compliance gaps fast.

If you already know you need documents reviewed or strategy mapped out, the Compliance Review™ or Strategy Session™ will give you more detailed insight and written deliverables.

You’ll receive a confirmation page with a scheduling link through Acuity. Once you pick your time, you’ll complete the Klarity Intake Form and receive secure upload instructions for any required documents. Nothing is confirmed until the intake is complete — this ensures we’re fully prepared before your session.

Yes, you can reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Due to limited availability, late reschedules or no-shows are not refundable. If an emergency arises, contact us through your confirmation email link.

You can absolutely upgrade to a higher-tier consult before your scheduled session and receive full credit toward that level.

Once a session has been completed, upgrades are no longer eligible for credit — this ensures every client’s session receives the full time, preparation, and strategy it deserves.

Yes — once your session is booked, you’ll receive a list of documents and questions to complete inside the Klarity Intake Form. The more details you provide, the more accurate and personalized your results will be.

No. These sessions are strategic advisory consults — not tax prep or legal services. You’ll receive expert guidance, a clear action plan, and recommendations you can implement immediately (and bring to your tax preparer or attorney if needed).

Yes. You can choose Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay at checkout for flexible payments.

We encourage it! Your Klarity Consult includes both Arthur and Nicci — and you’re welcome to have your spouse or partner join at no additional cost as long as it’s the same business or household.

Once you complete checkout and intake, you’ll receive the next available session link. Most clients are seen within 7–10 business days depending on the season.

Klarity Consults are customized strategy sessions that begin preparation as soon as you book. For that reason, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you ever feel your session didn’t deliver the clarity or guidance promised, we’ll review your case personally and work with you to make it right through additional direction, resources, or follow-up support where appropriate.
